JASON EASTER

I’m Jason Easter — a digital media artist, filmmaker, illustrator, and storyteller who lives for the moment a creative idea becomes real.

For nearly a decade, I’ve been directing short films, crafting characters, designing soundscapes, and building visual worlds through illustration and cinematography. My work spans film noir, horror, music videos, photography, and narrative-driven digital content. I’m drawn to stories with atmosphere, emotion, and intention — the kind that linger after the credits roll.

My short film The Ink Bleeds Black earned 2nd Place at the San Joaquin Delta College Digital Media Film Festival, and my directing has been recognized with a Best Director award at LasPo Film Fest. I also contributed acting and sound design to O.T.D., the festival’s 1st Place horror short. Whether I’m behind the camera or behind the drawing tablet, I’m always chasing the same goal: to make something honest, immersive, and memorable.

Beyond film, I produce a weekly curated music show for KWDC 93.5, create original content for my YouTube channels Zerovolver and Nocturnal Productions, and share photography inspired by the places I explore — from San Francisco to Sacramento to the San Joaquin Valley.

I’m currently studying Digital Media at San Joaquin Delta College, continuing to refine my craft and expand my creative toolkit. Every project is a chance to grow, experiment, and tell stories that resonate.
